The Bean played softball this spring and was so stinkin' cute. She's got a good little swing and a nice arm, she hit the ball every time she was up to bat. I was proud of her, it was her first season and seeing her tiny little body out there with the 6th graders made me nervous at first, but she held her own. I loved watching her when she was up to bat, her stance was so adorable! The first game was COLD, and WET. My sis came to her first game and by the time the wind and pea sized hail rolled in, we were the only two left in the bleachers, soaking wet and shivering! Come hail or high water, and we had both, we were gonna watch our girl play! Our Crusaders finished their season undefeated, super exciting for Ella's inaugural year!!
