From Thanksgiving-ish time till now, we've been...
enjoying the snow...
making turkey treats...
celebrating Thanksgiving at Grandma and Grandpa's...
having fun with Uncle Dave
Christmas tree hunting {of course it was sunny, mid 40's and not snowing}...
apparently someone has been swiping my point-and-shoot camera and taking strange and gross pictures...
we've been snow ball fighting...
...and to San Francisco for the weekend, thanks to Todd's bosses who flew me out for the Christmas party. I sunk to a pathetic new low and took only about 9 pictures. Here they are in all their boring glory...
...our 17th anniversary dinner at Delfina. Too bad I'd gotten a tummy bug that day:( And about 5 minutes after this picture was taken, we realized our rental car had been broken into and Todd's work's GPS was stolen. Go figure, it's San Fran, probably took a hot minute for that to happen. It's my fault, there was flash flooding while we were there and I dropped my prescription glasses on the street, the notoriously down hill streets of San Francisco ~ and they were quickly floating down a rain-made stream. So in my search, in the dark, running and following my glasses down the "stream", I'd left the window down just enough for a loser to stick his arm in and open the door.
...this heart shaped train was found on the coffee table
and this Lego knight in the fridge...
we're spending all our "free-time" {code for the hours between 9 pm and midnight} desperately trying to get our 3rd room completed!
my baby is potty trained. Totally, no-accidents-at-night-for-weeks potty trained.
I have a bunch of tiny little boxers left from Dawson. But it's customary to let the potty trainee pick out new undies, and Charlie found Lego ninja ones and was sold. I was too since they were on clearance for $1.48/pack;)
Christmas has found it's way to every corner of the house...
....and Christmas Mouse in the House makes his regular appearance every morning,
always up to something new
I found a cryptic note next to the vintage Santa mug in the hutch, it said "Mom, what in the hek??" Thanks Ella.
a couple of trips to Sweet Frostings to make the month go down nice and easy
Christmas baking for neighbors, teachers, friends, co-workers, really anyone with a face, is in full swing around here...
...and so are the sled rides behind the 4-wheeler. This was my view from the kitchen sink prepping dinner on Sunday. Life is good, and andbusy and *sNoWy!**
